The day begins with a visit to one of the worlds most famous works of art, Leonardo Da Vinci’s “The Last Supper”. The painting is situated in the Santa Maria Delle Grazie church, which is a UNESCO world heritage site . Visits to see the painting are limited and tickets often sell out months in advance but by booking this tour you are guaran- teed a ticket with queue jumper pass included. After the visit to the painting the next stop is the Vittorio Emanuele II shopping gallery, a 19th century glass vaulted shopping arcade and an important meeting point for the Milane- se. Following this you will visit Sforza Castle, an imposing Medieval Castle which now houses several of the cities museums and art collections. Next this is a wander round the splendid Duomo, one of the worlds largest and most striking gothic cathedrals. Lastly the day is finished with a visit to La Scala opera house where some of the greatest musicians and singers have performed, most famously Giuseppe Verdi.
