Day 1
San Francisco - Barstow (413 miles)
Today we will head to Barstow, CA, where we will spend time at the Tanger Outlet Center before checking in at the hotel for the night.

Barstow serves as a civilized stop-over for off-road enthusiasts and desert adventurers and offers access to a very modest clutch of cultural sights. Find out and about a museum or two, including one with Route 66 as its focus, filming locations like Bagdad Cafe and quaint Calico Ghost Town.
Tanger Outlet Center The Tanger Outlets in Barstow, California-- about halfway between Los Angeles and Las Vegas-- offer designer wares at bargain prices. Guests can enjoy discounts on everything from clothing to pocketbooks to electronics and so much more!
Day 2
Barstow - Death Valley National Park - Las Vegas (215 miles)
Today we will departure from Barstow, go ahead to Death Valley. After leaving this stunning park, we will head back to Las Vegas. Upon arrival in Las Vegas, you will have a choice of joining a Special Night Tour*, which will show you the best of what Las Vegas has to offer, or exploring the city on your own. Overnight stay in Las Vegas.

Death Valley is a region of the Mojave Desert which has the distinction of being the lowest and driest area of North America. The hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth, 134 °F (57 °C), occurred here.
Day 3
Tour Options (287 miles)
Today, guests can visit either the West Rim OR the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Grand Canyon
Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon was carved over 17 million years by the Colorado River. This breathtaking, 18-mile-long canyon has been stunning visitors for hundreds of years.
Grand Canyon IMAX Covering more than four thousand years of human history and interaction with the Grand Canyon, from the early Anasazi through the present day, this movie is an informative and spectacular exploration of what it means to visit the canyon.
Grand Canyon South Rim The South Rim of the Grand Canyon attracts over 5 million visitors each year and by far is the most visited side of the Canyon. As with all sides of the Canyon, the South Rim features astounding views of what took Mother Nature millions and millions of years to create.
Skywalk Glass Bridge This horseshoe-shaped see-through glass walkway extends out over the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The bridge will be able to sustain winds in excess of 100 miles per hour from 8 directions, as well as an 8.0-magnitude earthquake.
Grand Canyon Helicopter and Boat Tour These exciting tours from the West Rim descend directly into the Grand Canyon. They combine the thrill of a helicopter and the speed of a pontoon boat to form an unforgettable up-close experience with the magnificent Grand Canyon.

Day 4
Las Vegas - San Francisco (573 miles)
After breakfast, we will drive back to the Bay Area, passing the Edwards Air Force Base and Barstow. The tour will reach San Francisco at around 7:00pm. Guests may also choose to be shuttled to Los Angeles for an extra fee. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for pick up and drop off information.
